As of this writing it"s been almost 7 months since I"ve joined Beachbody. I have been using Shakeology religiously. I also began doing Insanity Hybrid work out and a P90X that I never would have dreamed of having the ability to do without placing myself in the hospital. Without being the least bit winded, I am now able to jog up and down my stairs. My last physician appointment my lungs were examined at over 70% capacity. I am now 209 pounds using a BMI of 18.4%. I"ve lost 25 pounds and 10.6% body fat. I"m really blessed to have been introduced to Team Beachbody and desire to share what I have done with anyone who wants to enhance their quality of life whether it"s just to look better, feel better or general health.
