Hi Arianna! Thanks a lot for this particular video. Your encounter as a personal trainer as well as a naturopath get me believe you. Fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc., are already a large part of my daily diet. Not much, although there are a number of processed foods in my diet. I believe I can eliminate those. Thanks again!
