Thanks Mike!

How to be healthy and happy ~~ remember when you were young

Thanks Mike! I am aware I"ve let my well-being and fitness faux pas in the last ten years, but I"ve lately integrated water into my diet more and lost 20 pounds. As for my financial well being, that would undoubtedly let additional time to spend on my physical health -- having to work a little less. Anyway, thanks for this. I"ll check it out.
