I"ve been attempting to determine the best way to keep fitness and good health. I simply turned 45 and feel like I"m on the downhill stretch of my entire life. That isn"t a great approach for me to have! Thank you for your excellent example. I"ll take your advice with beginning little. Time for my first walk!
